About Full Speed Sim Coaching
Hi, I’m Blake Townend, the founder of Full Speed Sim Coaching. My journey into the world of racing games began at a young age with titles like Gran Turismo, TOCA, and F1. As I grew more passionate about motorsports, I transitioned to more immersive and authentic sim racing platforms like GTR2, rFactor, iRacing, and Assetto Corsa. These racing sims not only deepened my love for racing but also shaped the skills and techniques I now use to help others.
With years of experience in sim racing, I’ve had the opportunity to compete at the highest levels. I’ve raced in the iRacing Drivers World Championship Series, participated in the Porsche Esports Sprint Challenge Canada, and even reached the national finals in the 2013 GT Academy in Great Britain. I’ve also been involved in Red Bull eSports competitions, which has provided me with a broad and diverse racing background.
I’ve seen firsthand the challenges that come with reaching the top in sim racing. That’s why at Full Speed Sim Coaching, I use my wealth of experience to help drivers like you become more complete and confident on the track. Whether you're looking to improve your lap times, sharpen your racecraft, or fine-tune your setup, I’ll guide you every step of the way.
